Position: Sales Manager – SaaS Software (B2B & B2C)

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to sell our AI-powered SaaS product that revolutionizes meeting productivity. It transcribes conversations into actionable roadmaps, assigns tasks, integrates with task management tools, and provides deep insights to improve decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for B2B & B2C markets.
  • Identify, engage, and convert leads into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver impactful demos showcasing the value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, driving revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies.
  • Track performance, generate reports, and optimize efforts.
  • Play a key role in building and expanding the sales team.

Responsibilities :

  • Bachelor’s/MBA in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven software and task management tools.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and scale sales processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic execution skills in a startup environment.

Preferred :

  • Experience selling AI productivity tools or meeting assistant solutions.
  • Familiarity with task management and workflow automation software.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies to support sales.
